Our Cancelation Policy We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to treat all our clients fairly and efficiently. To ensure that we can offer the best service to everyone, we have the following policies in place: If you need to cancel or change an appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This will give us adequate time to schedule another client in your place. However, if we do not receive sufficient notice, you will be charged the total price, which must be paid before your next appointment. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients. In some cases, your therapist may decide that there is still enough time to provide complete treatment. Regardless of the length of your session, you will be charged like you received the full service. We kindly ask that you arrive on time out of respect for your therapist and other clients.
